Expressions of Interest Sought - The United States Government is seeking interest in leasing approximately 15,000 ANSI/BOMA rentable area square feet (rsf) of office and related space with no more than 15% common area factor (CAF) in Lexington, Kentucky. The commencement of lease is to be no later than 10 December 2023 with a firm term of 5 years. Information obtained from those submitting interest in leasing a facility to the Government will be used in the drafting of the request for lease proposal.
In drafting the request for lease proposals, the Government will consider many factors to include, but not limited to the following; the expressions of interest generated indicating the availability of space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, physical move costs, tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure costs.
