Request for Proposals (RFP) - Comprehensive Plan for McCracken County and Paducah
The City of Paducah, on behalf of McCracken County, Kentucky is requesting proposals to create a new Comprehensive Plan for McCracken County and the incorporated jurisdiction of Paducah, Kentucky.
The RFP is due November 2, 2022. Questions must by submitted in writing by 4 p.m. on October 12, 2022.
Comprehensive Plan RFP Information Packet
The City of Paducah, in partnership with McCracken County, is requesting proposals from qualified firms with considerable experience in community design, land use, community engagement, economic analysis and environmental planning to create a joint Comprehensive Plan. Interested consultants shall submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required. The scope of the project is to create a new City-County Comprehensive Plan and develop a community-based vision; based on public participation.
