U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) is requesting feedback on a proposed contract to install perforated window film graphics at U.S Army stand alone and collocated recruiting stations. USAREC anticipates award of five (5) regional contracts. Qualified vendors are asked to review the attached draft Objectives and Specifications and provide responses to the questions below.

Documents included for review consist of:

Objectives and Specifications

Technical Exhibit A Recruiting Station Addresses by Region

Technical Exhibit B 5 Regions Map

Questions

1. Does your company have the capability to coordinate the installation of perforated window graphics within a region. If so, how many recruiting stations can you complete in a 12 month period and what would be an optimal number per month?

2. What would be an “ESTIMATED” fully burdened price per square foot to conduct site survey, produce, install, and deinstall and dispose any existing graphics at a single station. Average window facility is 240 square feet.

3. Are there alternate pricing approaches you would recommend?

4. Do you have any comments related to the attached Objectives and Specifications?

5. Can you describe quality control plan and how it would be implemented during such a dispersed geographical area?

6. How many days from request to installation will it take to schedule an installation at a specific recruiting station?
