Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Charter Communications Operating LLC (Spectrum Business Enterprise) for commercial internet and cable television service for BLDG 206 185 9th Calvary Regiment Ave Ft Knox, KY 40121 & BLDG 3451 South Wilson RD Ft Knox, KY 40121 during the period of 30 September 2023 through 29 September 2024 with one possible Option Year. Service is to include installation of commercial internet and cable tv in BLDG 206 as well as commercial internet and cable tv in BLDG 1610. Spectrum is the only authorized contractor to fulfill tasks on Ft Knox.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 16 June 2023 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 16 June 2023, 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC - Fort Knox, Madison Dercqu, Madison.d.dercqu.civ@us.army.mil.
