INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS.

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Solutions for Information Design, LLC. (SOLID) under authority 6.302-1--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government requires updating of its current Army COOL website, continued analysis of Army enlisted and warrant officer MOSs as they relate to civilian certifications and licenses, analysis of Officer Areas of Concentration (AOC) as they relate to credentials, and the counseling on credentials Soldiers pursue.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and respondents are authorized provider of requirement. If no affirmative written response is received by 21 February 2023, 0900 Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
