The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is hosting an Open House Networking event on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at The Henry Clay, 604 S 3rd Street, Louisville, KY, for large and small firms to meet District leadership, Program Managers, Project Engineers, Contracting, Small Business, and other District personnel to discuss upcoming projects and business opportunities.

NOTE: There will be no presentations at this networking event. Attendees will have the opportunity to navigate an open space, network, and visit with district leadership and staff in the morning and participate in one-on-one capability meetings in the afternoon.

The one-on-one capability meetings are BY REQUEST ONLY and WILL BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE (ie. no on-site registration will be available as we anticipate to be at full capacity). There are limited time slots and priority will be given to small businesses that work within our primary missions. In addition to the Louisville District staff, there will be construction and A/E firms available to meet with small businesses that are primarily interested in subcontracting opportunities or discuss ways to grow your business within the Federal marketplace. Please indicate in your registration if you are requesting a capability meeting. The meeting will be arranged with the District team or industry partner that is most suitable to your primary business line. You will receive an email from SBO-LRL@usace.army.mil with your confirmed time approximately a week before the event.

Open networking is 9:00AM-12:00PM and one-on-one capability meetings will be held 1:00PM-4:00PM EST. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM EST ON MONDAY, MAY 15, 2023 for the one-on-one capability meetings.
