PURPOSE: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for all materials, labor, supervision, and quality control necessary to supply and deliver O2 Oxygen Diffuser Supplies that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics within the “Description” column of the attached Bill of Materials.

BRAND NAME ONLY: This project has a Brand Name requirement for six (6) seperate items with an estimated combined value of $124,000.00.

DELIVERY DATE: Total duration of the contract will be 365 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Deliveries will adhere to the provided schedule such that material is received in regular intervals to allow time for fabrication and to minimize the amount of material staged on site. The first delivery shall occur within 15 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contract includes 2 Options for increased quantities of supplies, if required. These Options, if required, will be exercised within the total contract duration of 365 days.

NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 326122 - Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 750 employees.

TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set aside.

SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price supply contract.

SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for this solicitation is October 28 , 2022.
