The U.S. Government desires to procure Paint Booths (Engineered Exhaust and Retractable Enclosures) as a 100% small business set-aside.

This is a supply contract to provide two (2) Retractable Paint Booths with Anterooms and Engineered Exhaust (with fire suppression system) at Fort Campbell, KY. This will provide an enclosed environment to enable soldiers to perform off aircraft maintenance without exceeding exposure limits to volatile organic compounds and reduce emissions of hazardous air pollutants set forth by federal regulations.

RETRACTABLE ENCLOSURE SYSTEM, #Qty 2:

-Dimensions - 10'H x 18'W x 45'L with Anteroom

-Retracts to approximately: 10'H x 18'W x 9'L

-Cross Draft, Negative pressure, portable on wheels, minimal tool requirement for

breakdown/transport

-100 FPM airflow intake filters, portable on wheels

-Full height/width front access doors

-Personnel front and back access doors

-Internal lights for technicians

-Power line access from outside to inside enclosure, pass through or sealing panel

-Fire rated PVC vinyl in accordance with (IAW) National Fire Protection

Association (NFPA) 701 (16mil thickness)

-Dimensions: 10'H x 5'W x 5'L

-HEPA filtered

-Fire rated PVC vinyl in accordance with National Fire Protection Association

(NFPA) 701 (16mil thickness)

-All vinyl joints are heat welded.

HEPA EXHAUST UNITS (for ANTEROOM), #Qty 2:

-Capacity: pulls 18,000 CFM

-Portable on wheels, able to retract with enclosure

-Fire Suppression, dry chemical, NFPA 17 & FEMA compliant, control panel,

audible and visual warning, 120V single phase 60hz 15-amp circuit
