Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation: W91YTZ23Q0089. This solicitation is a request for quote



This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, dated 30 December 2022.



The requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS codes is 1200 Employees

Date, Time, and Place Offers are Due: The closing date for the delivery of a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is on or before 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), on 3 May 2023. Offers should be e-mailed to the Point of Contact (POC) shown below by the closing date and time. Offers are only being accepted via email to the contact POC below. If an offer is e-mailed to the POC shown below, it is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure that the transmission is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time. Upon receipt of an electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the offeror.
