The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary
to video inspect entire toe drain, remove sediment between Manhole #1 and Manhole #2,
and video inspect Manhole #1 and Manhole #2 after sediment removal. Prices should
include mobilization and de-mobilization, fuel, labor, materials, and equipment. The
contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming,
administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary
to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and
all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be
performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms
and conditions incorporated herein. Work will conclude within 180 calendar days
after Award.
The contract award will be based on Lowest Total Price (sum of all line items) to the
Government, and result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561790 Other
Services to Buildings and Dwellings (Size Standard $9,000,000.00).
Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.
One award will be made from this Solicitation.
In addition to the completed price breakout shcedule, the Offeror must complete
their Representations and Certifications page located in this Request for Quote
(RFQ).

at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Electronic
submittals will be accepted and may be emailed to

under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).” Those not
