Delivery Date of Base Line Items: Base Line Item (0001) shall be delivered within 120 calendar days of award.

Warranty: The Contractor shall provide at minimum a two-year written warranty covering the parts and labor on all equipment furnished under this contract. The Contractor must be willing to come to the project site for warranty work or must have a service center within 100 miles of the project site. The Contractor shall not be paid for work under this contract until the warranty is furnished to the Park Manager.
