Description

MICC - Fort Knox, 199 6th Ave, Bldg 1109 Ste 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121



MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) W9124D23R0055 on or about 12 June 2023 for AG Services supporting the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Knox, Directorate of Human Resources, Military Personnel Division.



The Contractor shall provide Military Personnel Division support services including Defense Eligibility Enrollment System/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (DEERS/RAPIDS), Transition Center, Retirement Services, and Soldier Readiness Processing support for Soldiers, Family Members, DoD Civilians, Contractors, and Retirees assigned to or supported by Fort Knox to the U.S. Army Garrison, Human Resources Directorate, Military Personnel Division on Fort Knox, KY. This includes all soldiers assigned to U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) and U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) that are geographically dispersed. All services will be performed on Fort Knox, KY.



Contract award is anticipated on or about 1 November 2023.



Estimated Period of Performance:



Two (2) week Phase-in Period (11-15-23 – 11-29-23)



Base Period (11-30-23 – 11-14-24)



Option 1 (11-15-24 – 11-14-25)



Option 2 (11-15-25 – 11-14-26)



Option 3 (11-15-26 – 11-14-27)



Option 4 (11-15-27 – 11-14-28)

This competitive action is limited to SBA 8(a) participants under NAICS 561110, Office Administrative Services, with size standard of $12.5 Million. SBA Requirement Number is OP1682623458J.



The solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website. Copies of the solicitation will not be made available by other means. Interested vendors shall download the solicitation documents from SAM.gov. Proposals are anticipated to be due no later than 12 July 2023. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
