Description

SOLICITATION



1. The attached request for quotation (RFQ) is source controlled and limited to Battelle Memorial Institute (CAGE code: 47026) or its authorized distributors. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source.



2. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price purchase order for the following requirement:



NOUN: Canister Vapor Sample

NSN: 6640-01-628-5067

PART NO.: 6001-000922

PRODUCTION QUANTITY: 100 EA

UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA)

SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C



3. Military preservation, packing and marking are required and shall be accomplished in accordance with Section D, all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1 and Special Packaging Instruction P6001-000922.



4. All shipments shall be free on board (FOB) destination to the following address:

RICHMOND, KY 40475-5070



Note: The Procuring Contracting Officer has authorized the Contractor to ship early when at no additional cost to the Government.



5. Please acknowledge all amendments to the RFQ in the space provided under Section A.



6. The RFQ contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such items. Otherwise, your offer may be deemed ineligible for award.



7. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD: Please return one signed copy of your offer in accordance with Section A no later than Tuesday, 21-Nov-2023 at 4:30 p.m. local time (Warren, MI). All offers submitted in response to the RFQ shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the offer due date.



8. All questions pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted in writing to:
