This sources sought is lookingh for interested vendors for providing waster water testing for the Frenchburg Job Corps Conservation Center located in Frenchburg, KY.
Description: This scope of work includes various types of waste water tests for EPA conformance and compliance validation of a waste-water treatment facility operated by the Center.
Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, and all necessary valid licenses and permits for the work summarized as follows:
- Conduct monthly waste-water sampling in according to EPA standards and provide results reporting to the Center and EPA Central Data Exchange (CDX) via the NDMR_KY (NetDMR) Kentucky DEP reporting system.
Contractor is responsible for possessing and maintaining the appropriate State of Kentucky and Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) license/certification/permit for operational testing and reporting of Waste Water and chemical analysis.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete all waste water testing shown in the Schedule of Items.

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
