The U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) requested a firm-fixed-price order for the renewal of maintenance for IBM software. HRC owns all the software provided in paragraph 3 in perpetuity. This procurement is for software maintenance services and updates. IBM is the sole provider for these services and provides them through multiple resellers.
