Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.
Services Required: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Lexington VA Medical Center requires After-Hours Psychiatry Services be provided via on-call care or on-site at the VA Medical Center when appropriate.
It is anticipated that it will take approximately 12-18 months to award a new long-term contract for these services. Due to the emergent need for services, a short-term emergency contract is being sought for award in the immediate future.
Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
NAICS Code: 621112 and sized standard is $13.5 Million.
NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry https://www.va.gov/osdbu/. Additionally, all Offerors responding to a solicitation must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission.

Project requirements: Mental Health Care Services to Veteran patients at the Lexington VA Medical Center. Services will include after-hours on-call responses as well as some limited response to the VA Medical Center after-hours for patient care when appropriate.

Anticipated Period of Performance: Period of performance is projected to be for a period of one (1) year but is subject to change.
