Description

Firm Fixed Priced Contract Blanket Purchase Agreement for Biological Waste Disposal Management. The scope of this effort includes services necessary to provide biological waste disposal. In order for the FBL to provide surveillance for its targeted diseases, it will dispose of many tubes of blood/serum. The period of performance is from date of award and not to exceed five years. **All pricing to include any and all costs but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, and transportation. The program is looking for local vendors only.
