The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order for MK 45 Gun Mount Overhaul to BAE Systems Land and Armaments L.P. of Minneapolis, MN without providing for full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
