PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District Contracting Division has a requirement from the Nashville District Operations Division to provide O&M Services at Wolf Creek Lake Project. Lake Cumberland is located on the Cumberland River, 60 miles south of Lexington, Kentucky. The areas of work are located in Pulaski, Wayne, Clinton, Russell, Whitley and McCreary Counties of Kentucky. Principal cities in the area are Somerset, Monticello, Albany, Jamestown and Russell Springs. A contractor is needed to operate and maintain the facilities throughout the Lake Cumberland area
This work will include, but is not limited to the following:
(1) Grass Mowing
(2) Cleaning services which consists of cleaning and servicing public use areas and facilities at various recreation and operational areas and removal of refuse and litter.
(3) Janitorial Services
(4) Facility repair, maintenance and other non-routine work that includes non-routine construction work.
(5) Facility Sewage Systems and Pest Control
(6) Herbicide Application
(7) Red Bird Debris Management System
(8) Marking and Painting of Boundary Line
(9) Debris Removal Operations
(10) Pavement Striping and Sealing, and Placard Placement

NAICS AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 561210 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00
TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business
SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that from the Invitation for Bid Solicitation, the Government will award one firm fixed price requirements contract.
SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE:
The anticipated release date for this solicitation is around November 5, 2019.
The performance work statement will be available at the time of solicitation release.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Offerors must be successfully registered in the SAM, www.sam.gov, in order to receive a Government contract award. Offerors must have their representations and certifications available on-line in SAM or provide them with their proposal in order to receive a Government contract award.
