Pump Station Telemetry System

Sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of Telemetry System for 9 sewage lift stations will be received by the Lewis County Sanitation District #1, at the office of the Buffalo Trace Area Development District, 201 Government Street, Maysville, KY 41056, until 10:00 AM local time on September 26, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  Please refer to the full written specifications for additional information on proper submittal of bids.

Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the Buffalo Trace Area Development District, 201 Government Street, Maysville, KY 41056, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Bidding Documents may be obtained by download from the Buffalo Trace ADD website at www.btadd.com .  Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained by contacting Buffalo Trace ADD, by email request to cring@btadd.com . Printing charges and mailing charges will be assessed at $0.25 per page plus applicable shipping charges.  The Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, to be issued or obtained by bidders.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders if applicable. Please specify what your bid includes on the bid correspondence.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
