NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MACHINE(S) AT CITY OF SOMEREST WATERPARK (SOMERSPLASH WATERPARK)

The City of Somerset will be accepting proposals for one (I) to (2) pressurized soft serve ice cream machine(s) located at the City of Somerset Waterpark (SomerSplash Waterpark).
Said proposals will be opened and reviewed at the City of Somerset Council Chambers located at 306 East MT. Vernon Street at 1000 hours or 10:00 AM EST on March 14, 2024.

The proposal will be for one (I) to two (2) pressurized soft serve machines able to dispense variations from low or non-fat ice creams to custards, yogu11 and sorbet. Must be able to serve two separate flavors and be able to twist both flavors. Needs to be a floor model and not a counte11op machine.

Said bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine Proposal Opening-City of Somerset Waterpark and addressed to the City of Somerset, PO Box 989 Somerset, Kentucky 42502.

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION WITH YOUR PROPOSAL REGARDING LEAD TIME ON ORDERS, MINIMUM ORDERS, BUSINESS LICENSE, ANY ADDITlONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE, WORK COMP COVERAGE FOR EMPLOYEES, OR FREIGHT CHARGES.

THE CITY OF SOMERSET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS/BIDS.
