INVITATION TO BID
The City of Somerset will be accepting sealed bids for blacktop and coldmix for the fiscal year 2023-2024. Bids must be received by 10:00am on May 25, 2023 and should be addressed as follows: Attn: Blacktop Bid

Blacktop and coldmix should be bid per ton, picked up and per ton applied. Resurfaced roads are to be tacked by contractor. All materials must meet Kentucky Transportation specifications. Materials must be applied within 15 days of approval by City Council. The City of Somerset reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
