Legal Notice for Bids

Graves County Fiscal Court will accept sealed paper bids for 3 Tractors with Option to Purchase or Option to Lease for 36 months or 48 months:

The Tractors are for right of way mowing. Requirements will be as followed 70-74 Hp minimum 64 Hp at PTO, 4-wheel drive, cab with radio, R-4 tires rear fluid minimum 1000 lb suitcase weights.

Tractors shall be picked up no later than 45 days of awarded bid.

All bids shall exclude Federal, State, and Local Taxes.

These tractors are to be used at the Graves County Road Department. Said bids will be received in the office of the Graves County Judge Executive Jesse Perry, up until 10 a.m. on March 7, 2024, at which time said bids will be opened and read. Graves County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

PUBLIC NOTICE

An ordinance amending the Graves County budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to include unanticipated receipts from General, Road, Jail, LGEA, Emergency Management, ARL, Grant, Opioid Settlement, and Clerk Permeant Storage Fees Funding in the amount of $12,773,110.00 and increasing expenditures in the same areas was adopted by the Graves County Fiscal Court on June 26, 2023. A copy of the adopted ordinance with full text is available for public inspection at the office of the County Judge/Executive during normal business hours.
