SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
The Graves County Fiscal Court will hold a Special Called Meeting on November 6th, 2023 at 9 am. This will be a Teams Meeting regarding preparation for the ground breaking of the new Graves County Courthouse at the Graves County Courthouse site, with a tentative date of December 11th, 2023.
Legal Notice for Bids
Notice is hereby given that the Graves County Fiscal Court is accepting bids for the location of North 9th and West Ann Street, Mayfield, Ky 42066.
REMODEL OF THE MAYFIELD GRAIN LOCATION
Remove and replace all roof and wall metal, insulation, trim and any damaged structural red iron.
Remove and replace 2 insulated/glass garage doors with the South end having a motor.
Remove smaller garage door on East side and cover over with wall metal and any needed red iron.
Remove and replace all walk in doors with like doors.
Dispose of all removed material.
All bids shall exclude Federal, State and Local Taxes.
All Mayfield City building requirements must be met.
Additional specs can be picked up at the Graves County Fiscal Court.
Said bids will be received in the office of Graves County Judge Executive, Jesse Perry, until November 22nd, 2023 at 10 a.m. At which time the bids will be opened and read. Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
