Notice is hereby given that the Graves County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids for the Pavilion at the Symsonia Veterans Memorial. The specifications for the pavilion will be 50’ x 36’ with 9’ metal ceiling with lights. The design will also include, columns bricked halfway, a fireplace on the north end, and a concrete floor. The bid forms can be picked up at the Graves County Judge/Exective office. Said bids will be received in the Office of the Graves County Judge/Executive, Jesse Perry, up until 10:00 AM, on June 8, 2023, at which time said bids will be opened and read. Bid will be awarded at the Graves County Fiscal Court meeting at 9:00 AM on June 12, 2023. Graves County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Graves County Fiscal Court will accept bids for:

Class 2 Bituminous Asphalt material, with a tapered approach, price per ton, laid in place.
Class 2 – ½” mix Bituminous Asphalt material, price per ton, pick up

This material shall conform to the Kentucky Bureau of Highways specifications. This bid will require patch paving in some areas, the width of the road and length of less than 100 feet.

This material is for use for the period of July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.
