For Ambulance(s) and Equipment

Graves County Fiscal Court is soliciting competitive, sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of One (I), Type III Ambulance for Mayfield Fire Department/Mayfield-Graves County Ambulance Service, 416 Central Avenue, Mayfield KY. Mayfield Fire Department/MGCAS reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Mayfield Fire Department/MGCAS also reserves the right to accept the bid most advantageous to Graves County Fiscal Court

The attached specification defines a heavy-duty, commercial emergency medical vehicle, built to withstand adverse driving conditions. The vehicle shall meet or exceed the latest revision to federal specification KKK-A- 1822 and all requirements for compliance by the Commonwealth of KY for ambulance specifications.

DELIVERY DATE: 30-60 DAYS

The Mayfield Fire Department recognizes that ambulances are engineered and manufactured with different methods. Submission of bid proposals for units that do not meet the above chassis and/or construction specifications may be considered, but must have any and all design and/or construction exceptions noted in the proposal.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the Office of the Graves County Judge Executive, 1102 Paris Road, Suite 2, Mayfield, KY 42066 until Thursday, July 20, 2023 at I 0:00 a.m. at which time bids will be opened at read. Bids will be awarded at the Graves County Fiscal Court Meeting July 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. located at the Purchase Area Development District.

Graves County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
