Legal Notice for Bids

Wray Road Pipe Proposal

Notice is hereby given that the Graves County Fiscal Court is accepting Lump Sum Bids for removal and replacement of the existing pipe. Site is located at the intersection of Wray and Willard Road.

Scope of Work:

• Remove existing pipe. Disposal of demolition debris shall be the responsibility of Contractor.
• Structure Excavation for new County provided 12-foot round aluminum structural plate with wing walls and concrete toe walls. (SEE SPECS)
• Disposal of spoil materials shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
• Specs should be picked up at the Graves County Road Department.

The Fiscal Court reserves the option to use tax exempt status to purchase major materials to be deducted from the contract after award. All materials and construction methods shall be governed by the current KYTC Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Landowner Agreements for any and all work conducted off County Right of Way is responsibility of Contractor.

The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Graves County Fiscal Court.

Bids Shall be due by 10 am CST at the Graves County Judge Executives Office on October 19 ^th , 2023 located at the Graves County Courthouse, 1102 Paris Road Suite 2, Mayfield Ky 42066. At which time the bids will be opened and read.
