KCM's has many capabilities which include: Hot Runner capability,Light Assembly,PM Maintenance on Tools, Pad Printing, Sonic Welding, SPC, PRO-E2000, Tool Design and Prototype. We are able to run service orders, high and low volume production runs.
Kentucky Custom Molding is equipped with three two ton injection molding presses and one automated sprue pricker. KCM's personnel is experienced in molding a wide variety of materials ranging from commodity resins to engineering grade materials.
